Yes, my friends, it's naptime... and all the reasons why... 1. I'm tired. 2. I have a cold. 3. The kiddos are home for spring break and driving me nuts. 4. It's an overcast day. 5. I just finished reading some contest entries for a friend. 6. My couch is comfy. 7. So's my bed. 8. And my house is a mess. 9. My dog is snuggly. 10. I don't have time to do anything else before going to work. 11. I need my strength to work tonight. 12. I can't stop yawning. 13. And really, I just feel like taking a nap. |

Take your nap and enjoy it. I believe John Lennon said anything you enjoy doing is never a waste of time (I paraphrase). So relax, take a snooze and love every minute of it!! You deserve it!

Yay! Danica, I am a true believer in naps for everyone. If you sleep 20 to 40 minutes, you wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go! If you sleep over 3 hours, you wake up groggy but REALLY ready to go. HOWEVER, studies show if you sleep around 45 minutes to 2 hours your body doesn't get a complete round of REM and you wake up worse than before. So go take a power nap or a nice, long one.
