Nice Thursday Post! I love Thursdays since Earl, ER, Greys Anatomy is on! No laundry after 7:30 and kids are bathed and in their rooms by 7:35 so at 7:55 I can sit down and wait for the show to begin! Hope you have a great Thursday, please stop by my blog if you get a chance! Happy TT!

I like Comtrex, but it has become one of the hard to find, behind the counter medicines.
Hope you're feeling better soon!

You know I really swear by ZiCam. If you catch it quick enough you'll barely have a cold.

If you get one - then garlic.

Hi, when I get sick, I always want tea, Jello, or soup. Not that any of those things work, they just sound really good for some reason. I've used Zicam, with not too much success. It seems to make things worse for me, which is weird. I did a TT list too, it's here: http://lifes-adventures.net

Cheers!!

my mother swore by a mixture of 1 part honey, 2 parts lemon juice and 1 part jack daniels. i'm not sure it cured anything, but we didn't care too much after she dosed us. oh yeah and vicks rubbed on the bottom of our feet for coughing (this one works as bizarre as it sounds)
happy tt!

The zicam works well for me, if I start it on time. This cold started out acting like allergies, (or maybe it was for a while) so I didn't start in time.
The other thing I did was go to Vitamin Cottage and get some homeopathic remedies. I can't think of what they are called, but the people there are very helpful. I also drank a lot of water and juice and ate chicken soup with lots of garlic in it.

Thanks for all the tips!

I went to the health food store last night and talked to the guy there, who said I most likely have a sinus infection and to take goldenseal. I'm not 100% yet,but definitely a thousand times better. :)
