The Stress Eater Diet by Robert Posner, M.D. and Linda Hlivka

Are you a stress eater? As we know, I'm on a mission to get healthier this year, so when I had the opportunity to review this book, I thought, "why not?" After all, the biggest thing I've learned in my quest is that in order to change our behaviors, we need to be aware of them.

One of the things the authors provided was this handy quiz. If you think you might be a stress eater, you should check it out.

The good thing is that after taking the quiz and reading the book, I know I'm not a stress eater. I think I need to face up to the fact that I really do just need to exercise. And reduce my stress. Which supposedly exercise helps. *insert hysterical laughter* I did great going in to tax season, but with as busy I am this time of year, I'm having a hard time managing my schedule, let alone fitting in exercise. But I'll do it! Um, eventually. :)

That said, I thought this book had a lot of great tips, and for someone who is a stress eater, I think it would be a very valuable resource.

Speaking of resources, the authors have a lot of great ones on their website.

Are you living my life, Danica? I am not a stress eater either. I have a hard time fitting in exercise too. My schedule is out of control also. Have you been spying on me? (He! He! He!)

Hope to see you Tuesday!

Yes, I am spying on you. ;)

I'll be there, small one in tow, so we'll see how it goes.
