I love my life

Seriously.

I know, I usually whine about my life, and that's the fun of blogging. But today, as I was looking through the photos on my puter for a good one of my dog (an impossible task, since they're all freaking NUMBERED, and not, "this is the dog"), I got all teary eyed.

I have an amazing family.

I have amazing children.

I have an amazing husband.

We've done some pretty cool things together.

A very good thing to keep in mind since I've been plotting his murder again. I think I'll keep him around. I kinda like him after all.

Although the whole exercise made me feel guilty-I really need to get some scrapbooking done.

Sounds like a lovely stroll down memory lane. :) I've got tons of photos I need to scan and put on CD, but my scanner doesn't work with my iBook so I really need to get a new one.

Ditto, Dream. I've been thinking exactly the same thing -- maybe over the summer, when I have some time (yeah, right :))

I've been going through our photos looking for baby pics of dd #2 who graduates from elementary school in a few weeks, and needs the pics for a farewell ceremony thing. The whole exercise took me waaaay down memory lane, and got me feeling guilty for not having put together some decent albums.

I think it's good to do this once in a while ... kinda reassess where you are and where you;ve been.

Now ... where is the pic of the dog????

Aw, that is so sweet! I just read a post from Mary DeMuth where she listed the things she was thankful for--your post reminded me of that one.

At least I got as far as sorting them and putting them in those picture boxes. Gotta give me credit for that, right?

Still have not found dog pic, sorry to say. I'm about halfway through what's on this hard drive, haven't been to the desktop yet.

How sweet. I know we all usually know these things about our families, but it's always nice to be reminded, isn't it?
